CANCELLATION POLICY:
Contract: A signed agreement is required BEFORE the inspection can start. Agreements are sent via email and text. If we do not have a signed agreement we will need to reschedule the appointment.
Payment: Payment is due before or at the time of the inspection. We accept cards and checks. No cash.
Premier Home Inspection, LLC often has a waiting list of clients looking for an opening in the inspection schedule. It takes time for clients to arrange access to homes when they are offered an opening in our schedule, therefore we ask that you make all efforts to keep your scheduled appointment.
If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so in writing or by email on or before 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. A full refund will be issued when any inspection service is cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Any inspection cancelled on or before 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will receive 50% refund to the cancelled appointment. Any inspection cancelled less than 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment will not be refunded or adjusted.
RESCHEDULING. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please do so in writing or by email on or before 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Full consideration of any fees paid or owed will be adjusted with the rescheduled appointment. Any inspection rescheduled on or before 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will receive 50% consideration/adjustment to of any fees paid or owed for the rescheduled appointment. Any inspection rescheduled with less than 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment will not be refunded, considered or adjusted.
