I was pleased to see … More that Shane took his job and responsibility to inspect no different than if the home had been a 30 year old fixer upper home. I witnessed my parents go through a bad experience in past years with a similar situation where different inspection service treated as formality and unfortunately things weren’t caught that should have been. Ended costly for them. I was expecting to have a better experience than that overall, but after seeing the report written, was pleasantly surprised a fantastic job had been done and even better then expected.
